If you rly have? problems do EFT (emotional freedom techniques).
Helped me and it will help you.
1 round of EFT is only about 1 min only and it removes negative emotions and pain and even headaches.
and you can search for BSFF (be set free fast)
that eliminates past subconscious programing.

Dear Markyt………….I don’t know if you’re for real or not but if so……..then I beg you to not? give up! Most of human beings have, at one time or another,have thought of giving up…me included.
